Default W/Mo Hammer War PvE Help

Okay I just started my second W/Mo. I have done W/Mo builds in the past. Mostly axe and sword. Right now my Canthan Born is sword based and my R/W is axe\sword based. However my Tyrian Born which I just started is hammer based. I need to know the best hammer skills for PvE. I already plan on using Berserker's Stance, Watch Yourself, Healing Signet and Ressurect\Rebirth. I would like to factor in Yeti Smash. I do want to use a mix of Chapter 1 and 2 skills as well. I have Enraged Smash as well but I find to be a useless Elite. My goal is to cause a massive amount of damage with a hammer in the shortest amount of time possible with each target.

You should use the Tyrian Elite, Battle Rage (I think its Tyrian only).

Battle Rage (e):
Stance
4 Adren
0 cast time
Duration: 5 -17 seconds
Category: Strength
Move 25% faster, gain double adrenaline per strike; ends if you use a non-attack skill

When it ends, you lose all adrenaline; so when its about to go, use it again to continue indefinitely.

I don't know enough about warrior skills from Factions to see what is the best hammer skill to use. Sorry.

In my opinion when using a hammer you can't leave home without either backbreaker or devastating hammer. Devastating hammer also applies weakness which allows you to take advantage of Fierce Blow, Auspicious Blow, and Heavy Blow. No matter what hammer elite you choose, both crushing blow and irresistable blow should be glued to your skill bar.

Okay here is the setup I have in mind for now. I am hoping this lineup will work for me.

Irresistible Blow > Staggering Blow > Fierce Blow > Yeti Smash
